When will my return be processed?Updated 18 days ago

Once your return arrives back to us, you should expect your return to be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the item. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

We highly recommend you keep the tracking details for all returns as we are not liable for lost or damaged returned parcels. 

Please note - If your returned item does not meet our return conditions, it will not be processes and the item(s) will be returned back to the customer. Our return policy can be read in full here.
